A no-charge pilot for one business line, location, or lead source. The pilot is used to confirm whether the follow-up workflow saves useful inquiries.
$149/month
Ongoing lead capture and follow-up support after the pilot. Customers can cancel before the next monthly billing period.
Quoted
Larger setups, multiple locations, CRM integrations, industry-specific compliance, and custom automations are scoped separately before work begins.
Customer terms
Switchboard is a service. After a pilot request, we contact the business, review the requested workflow, and set up the agreed lead capture or follow-up process. Most starter setups are designed for a 7-day setup window after the required business details are provided.
Monthly service can be canceled before the next billing period by emailing customer support. Cancellation stops future billing; already completed monthly service periods are not automatically prorated.
The 14-day pilot is free. For paid monthly service, refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a charge was made in error or service was not started, contact support within 7 days of the charge.
Switchboard collects only the information needed to respond to a request, operate the service, and support the customer relationship. We avoid collecting sensitive personal details in starter workflows.
